A Photo Challenge, News & a New Layout

This is for Nancy Comelab's week #3 challenge. Here is a quote describing what we were asked to do. "Instead of a LO, let’s go out on a limb a bit and look through our pictures and find, you know…the ones that we just took because we wanted to try and capture on film some special little moment to remind us…and if you can, here’s the catch: Try to find one without any people in it…or at least for the subject."

Here's my take on the challenge. I used Nancy Comelab's alpha to add just a touch of color.

My news.... I didn't make Christina Renee's team this month. I was discouraged about it yesterday, but hey - I made a GREAT layout, had a good time and got a freebie! So sounds like I won after all!! LOL! AND - I got RAK'd!!!! What does that mean?? RAK stands for RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS. My friend, fellow cheerleader and teammate for the Amazing Digiscrapping Race, Kristen (Quirky) sent me a $20 gift certificate to Christina's shop!!! WOW!
